About the role
We are looking for a reliable Cash Collector to join our FinTech team in New Cairo. The role involves visiting customers, collecting cash payments, and ensuring accurate record‑keeping while providing friendly service.
Key responsibilities
- Visit customers in New Cairo to collect cash payments.
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate collection records.
- Hand over collected cash following company procedures.
- Report collection issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Provide professional and friendly customer service during visits.
Required profile
- Previous experience in cash collection or a similar field.
- Valid driving licence and own motorcycle or car.
- Ability to cover a large area in New Cairo independently.
- Honest, reliable and good time‑management skills.
