Cashier – Toy Store

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Cashier to join our vibrant toy store in New Cairo. The ideal candidate will love interacting with children and parents, providing a friendly checkout experience while supporting overall store sales.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting toys.
• Process transactions accurately and handle cash, card, and digital payments.
• Provide product knowledge, including features, benefits, and age suitability.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Restock shelves, unpack new inventory, and ensure attractive product displays.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and participate in promotions.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in toys, stationery, or children’s products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and passionate about play.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Basic cash handling and point‑of‑sale (POS) operation.
