Cashier – Toy Store Retail Associate

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Cashier to join our toy store team in New Cairo. The role combines front‑line customer service with sales support, ensuring a fun and safe shopping experience for children and their parents.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, assist them in selecting age‑appropriate toys, and provide product knowledge.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle returns, inquiries, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Restock shelves, receive and label new inventory, and ensure attractive product displays.
• Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and participate in store promotions and events.
• Share customer feedback with management to improve product selection and service.

Required profile

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred, especially in toys, stationery, childcare, or children’s products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with children and parents in a fun, patient manner.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
