CCR Operator – Cement Plant

About the role

The CCR Operator supports the shift lead in maintaining kiln and plant stability, ensuring product quality, and optimizing fuel usage at the Sokhna cement plant. This position is critical for achieving high productivity while controlling operational costs.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets.
• Maintain and troubleshoot kiln and related equipment to maximize availability.
• Set and adjust parameters across kiln and plant processes for smooth operation.
• Analyze operational data and production reports to optimize equipment utilization.
• Collaborate with inter‑departmental teams to resolve issues affecting plant productivity.
• Develop and update operator procedures and control loops for kiln operations.
• Support fuel mix optimization and assist the shift lead in fuel‑plan decisions to control costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in cement plant or similar industrial production environment.
• Proven ability to work safely and promote a zero‑incident culture.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
