About the role
Knoz El Hekma is looking for a diligent CCTV Operator to join its security team at the Sheraton location in Cairo. You will be responsible for monitoring live camera feeds, ensuring the safety of retail branches, and promptly reporting any irregularities.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV cameras across all branches and the main office.
- Identify and document violations, security breaches, or any unusual activity.
- Prepare daily surveillance reports and escalate critical incidents to management.
- Coordinate with branch managers and the internal security team to ensure swift resolution of issues.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience operating CCTV systems.
- Previous experience in the retail sector is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
