About the role
We are seeking a Certified Facility Manager (CFM) Trainer to lead a comprehensive exam preparation program. The ideal candidate will combine extensive hands‑on experience in facility management with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a full CFM exam preparation curriculum to trainees.
- Develop and update training materials, including mock exam questions.
- Provide ongoing support to participants, answering technical queries and clarifying course content.
- Maintain alignment with IFMA standards and best practices in facility management education.
Required profile
- Completed the CFM course and hold a current CFM certification.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering or facility management.
- Previous training or instructional experience is a strong plus.
- IFMA‑authorized trainer status is preferred but not mandatory.
