Change and Delivery Specialist – Associate

About the role

The VMCS Team supports consulting engagements by turning business content into clear, visually compelling, brand‑compliant deliverables. You will work closely with consultants and client teams to enhance presentations, proposals, documents and other visual assets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations and proposals, applying brand guidelines and improving visual hierarchy and storytelling.
• Create brochures, reports and marketing materials using Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Word while maintaining high visual standards.
• Produce banners, covers, social media assets, website graphics and simple motion graphics or animated text.
• Edit videos and create basic motion graphics that align with project objectives and brand standards.
• Communicate professionally with consultants and stakeholders, gather feedback, and provide project status updates.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented designer who enjoys solving visual communication challenges.
• Collaborative, client‑focused and able to meet tight project deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proactive problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Experience with Microsoft Word for document design.
