Change and Delivery Specialist - Associate (Visual Design)

About the role

The VMCS team within PwC's Advisory line of service supports consulting engagements by turning business content into clear, visually compelling and brand-compliant deliverables. Working closely with consultants and client teams, the team improves presentations, proposals, documents and other visual assets while keeping them consistent with brand guidelines and high design standards. This Associate-level role combines strong visual design skills, attention to detail, business communication and collaboration in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations and proposals, applying brand guidelines and improving layout, hierarchy, readability and storytelling
• Design brochures, reports and other marketing or consulting materials using Adobe InDesign or Microsoft Word when required
• Create banners, covers, social media assets, website graphics and other visual communication materials
• Edit videos and create simple motion graphics or animated text
• Communicate professionally with consultants and stakeholders, gather and implement client feedback, and give project status updates

Required profile

• Detail-oriented, collaborative and client-focused, able to meet project deadlines
• Strong verbal and written communication, teamwork and ownership of work
• Ability to receive and act on feedback and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
• Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects (preferred)
• Understanding of consulting presentation design, typography, layout, colour, composition and branding principles
