Change & Delivery Specialist – Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Graphic Designer – Change & Delivery Specialist who will translate visual concepts into compelling digital and print designs that align with brand guidelines and communication objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital and print use, including presentations, campaign materials, social media visuals and internal communications.
• Apply and maintain brand guidelines consistently across all deliverables.
• Translate briefs and concepts into clear, high‑quality visual output.
• Collaborate with marketing, communication, video and web teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Ensure quality, consistency and timely delivery of design work.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in design and communication.
• Strong visual design skills with a good sense of composition, colour and typography.
• Ability to translate abstract ideas into clear visual concepts.
• Detail‑oriented and quality‑driven.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
