About the role
Mozn is seeking a Channel Sales Lead to own and scale partner‑led revenue generation across the Levant and North Africa. You will translate Mozn’s end‑to‑end partner model into a repeatable, execution‑ready motion that drives pipeline, ARR and market penetration for the Mozn.ai portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Architect the Mozn.ai partner narrative (Recruitment → Enablement → Activation → Capability → Demand Generation → Pipeline → Revenue) and tie every interaction to measurable ARR.
- Drive greenfield market penetration through direct enterprise engagement while leveraging high‑value partners.
- Design and implement repeatable partner activation and co‑sell frameworks that scale across the region.
- Create territory plans that balance direct selling with partner leverage.
- Align Mozn.ai strategy and partner sellers around defined account targets to convert enablement into execution.
- Build structured QBR frameworks to track pipeline, revenue and activation metrics.
- Serve as the regional commercial face of Mozn across enterprise, government and partner ecosystems.
- Lead strategic enterprise sales together with partners and close partnership agreements that balance revenue impact, speed to market and long‑term ecosystem health.
Required profile
- Commercially driven leader with a proven track record in channel or partner sales.
- Experience operating in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
- Strong ability to align cross‑functional teams (pre‑sales, marketing, executive stakeholders) around shared revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of enterprise AI solutions and the financial crime prevention or knowledge intelligence markets.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling partner ecosystems in the Levant and North Africa region.
