Chief Accountant – Hotel Finance

About the role

As the Chief Accountant for our hotel, you will lead the Finance Office, ensuring accurate financial reporting and supporting the strategic goals of the property. You will play a pivotal role in delivering the hospitality experience by maintaining robust financial controls and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Support financial strategy execution and align operations with the hotel’s profitability goals.
• Review financial performance, reconcile accounts, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Night Audit functions while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
• Lead the preparation and review of monthly financial statements, cash receipt coding, and internal audits.
• Authorize ledger reconciliations, tax filings, and payroll to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor the finance team, conducting performance evaluations and promoting professional development.
