About the role

Westview International Language School is looking for a dedicated Christian Religion Teacher to join our faculty for the academic year 2026-2027. The role involves delivering a comprehensive Christian religious education program that supports students' spiritual growth and moral development.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons on Christian religious studies in line with curriculum guidelines.
• Support students' moral and spiritual development through varied teaching strategies.
• Create a respectful and inclusive classroom environment that encourages open discussion and reflection.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance the religious education experience.
• Participate in school activities that promote the school's values and community spirit.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Education, or a related field.
• Relevant teaching qualification or certification preferred.
• Previous teaching experience in religious education or a related discipline is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Ability to inspire students and promote understanding of Christian values.
