Civil Project Manager

About the role

Home Gate Construction is seeking a dedicated Civil Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil and infrastructure projects in Markaz Sohag. This full‑time, on‑site role ensures projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities with engineering, procurement, and site teams.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site personnel.
• Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules and progress reports.
• Supervise site inspections, review technical drawings, and ensure compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
• Control project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and support continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience managing on‑site civil or infrastructure projects, preferably in Egypt or similar markets.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, local building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or equivalent scheduling tools.
• Ability to work with AutoCAD for reviewing and interpreting technical drawings.
• Competence in standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
