Civil Site Manager for Resort Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Civil Site Manager to lead the construction of our under‑development resort in Marsa Allam. The role involves overseeing all phases of the project, coordinating teams, and ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate internal resources and third‑party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Ensure the project is delivered on‑time, within scope and budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives with all relevant stakeholders and verify technical feasibility.
• Secure resource availability and allocate them effectively.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Apply verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule and costs.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
• Report status and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third‑party vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Previous experience in resorts and hotels.
• Strong business background in project planning and management.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a project manager.
• Leadership and strong organisational abilities.
