Client Relations Specialist

About the role

The Client Relations Specialist ensures strong, ongoing relationships with our customers by monitoring service quality, addressing concerns, and facilitating clear communication between clients and internal teams. This role plays a key part in maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the company’s reputation for excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Regularly follow up with clients to gauge satisfaction and address any issues.
• Maintain professional, trust‑based relationships with assigned accounts.
• Conduct quality calls to verify that service standards are consistently met.
• Handle client complaints, resolve conflicts, and document outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to troubleshoot and close client‑related problems.
• Monitor and follow up on pending payments, ensuring timely resolution.
• Record all client communications, feedback, and actions in the CRM system.
• Escalate critical client concerns to management when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or account management is preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional handling of difficult situations and conflicts.
• Excellent organizational skills with accurate task tracking.
