Cloud Architect

About the role

We are looking for a senior Microsoft Customer Engineer at Architect level who will specialize in Microsoft Teams. The role is customer‑facing and focuses on helping organizations maximize productivity through the design, deployment, and optimization of Teams and related Microsoft 365 services.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to gather Teams requirements and provide expert guidance.
• Design and deliver technical solutions that ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security of Microsoft Teams.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and webinars on Teams best practices and new features.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and customization of Teams, Teams Phone, and Teams Rooms.
• Document solutions, troubleshooting steps, and best‑practice guides for internal and customer use.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Teams with SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and other M365 services.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in systems architecture, administration, or IT consulting with a focus on Microsoft Teams or similar collaboration platforms.
• BA/BS in Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• Proven customer‑facing experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Microsoft Teams architecture, administration, and optimization.
• Microsoft 365 suite (SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Teams Phone, Direct Routing, PSTN configurations, Session Border Controllers, and Voice Apps.
• Teams Rooms hardware and software configuration.
• PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Azure Active Directory, Intune, and Power Platform.
• Integration of third‑party applications with Teams.
