Cloud Security Manager (German Speaker)

About the role

PwC's Cloud and Infrastructure Security team helps organisations build and scale cloud environments where security is embedded in the architecture, operating model and technology lifecycle. As a Manager or Senior Manager, you will lead complex cloud security engagements, shape target architectures and transformation roadmaps, and advise senior stakeholders on how cloud security supports broader technology and business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern enterprise cloud security architecture strategy, principles and roadmaps across Microsoft, data protection, hybrid and multi-cloud environments
• Shape infrastructure security programmes such as network and data-centre modernisation, Zero Trust segmentation and secure hybrid connectivity
• Lead large-scale transformation and managed-service engagements with delivery and commercial accountability
• Manage Microsoft and cloud-vendor alliances, including partner status, co-selling and joint pursuits
• Own commercials across the portfolio: pricing, margin, forecasting, resourcing and contract governance
• Set up delivery assurance, quality gates and risk management across concurrent engagements
• Build C-suite relationships and advise on cloud and data security strategy and investment priorities
• Lead business development, including proposals and negotiation for complex multi-tower deals
• Grow the practice through recruitment, certification, coaching and performance management

Required profile

• Typically 8+ years of experience in cloud security, security architecture, infrastructure security, security engineering or large-scale cloud transformation
• Experience advising CISOs, CIOs and risk committees, and managing P&L and pricing strategy
• Preferred certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, SC-100, AWS Certified Security Specialty, TOGAF or SABSA
