Cluster Director of Finance

About the role

The Cluster Director of Finance will lead the financial strategy and performance of the Rixos Radamis complex. Reporting to the Cluster Managing Director, you will oversee budgeting, reporting, internal controls, and capital projects while ensuring compliance with Egyptian regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cluster‑wide financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans for the complex.
• Deliver timely monthly financial reports and variance analysis for ownership and corporate stakeholders.
• Drive revenue optimisation, cost control, and profitability initiatives.
• Oversee capital expenditure reviews and investment evaluations.
• Maintain robust internal control systems and ensure full statutory and tax compliance.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering alignment with brand standards and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Proven senior finance leadership experience, preferably in hospitality or related multi‑site operations.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to provide actionable financial insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting results to senior executives and owners.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and develop finance teams.
