Cluster Director of Sales – Luxury Hotels

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Cluster Director of Sales to lead commercial activities for two Sofitel properties in Luxembourg. The role combines hands‑on sales execution with strategic leadership to maximise revenue across rooms, F&B and events.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement an aggressive sales strategy targeting luxury market segments.
• Drive new business acquisition, expand market share and manage a team of five sales professionals.
• Build and maintain a high‑value client portfolio covering corporate accounts, MICE, event agencies and leisure partners.
• Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows and sales missions to enhance market visibility.
• Manage online distribution channels (OTAs, brand.com) and optimise performance with key digital partners.
• Track KPIs, forecast revenue and apply corrective actions to meet targets.

Required profile

• Proven senior sales leader with a strong track record in luxury hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of corporate, MICE and event agency markets.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to secure major contracts.
• Strong network within the local and international business community.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on pipeline management and conversion.
