Cold Caller – Outbound Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a confident communicator to join our sales team as a Cold Caller. You will introduce our services to marketing executives across the United States, uncover potential opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision‑makers nationwide.
• Engage with titles such as Marketing Director, CMO, Digital Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, and business owners.
• Present our services clearly and conversationally.
• Qualify prospects by asking thoughtful questions and identifying good fits.
• Handle objections professionally while maintaining a positive experience.
• Book qualified appointments and coordinate calendars for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of call outcomes, notes, and follow‑up activities.
• Participate in call reviews, role‑play sessions, and coaching to continuously improve.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English that is easily understood by U.S. customers.
• Confidence speaking with senior decision‑makers over the phone.
• Strong active‑listening and questioning abilities.
• Coachability and willingness to apply feedback.
