Commercial Analyst – Cloud & Security Finance

About the role

VOIS is looking for a commercially focused and analytically driven Commercial Analyst to support the financial performance of the Cirrus venture within Vodafone Cloud and Security. Based in Newbury, you will analyse and forecast roughly €100 million of annual commercial charges from IBM, directly influencing Vodafone’s financial planning and trading cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and continuously improve reporting frameworks and financial controls for the IBM agreement.
• Provide clear insight into Cirrus profitability and recommend actions to enhance financial outcomes.
• Analyse, forecast and reconcile IBM payments against end‑customer pricing.
• Develop and maintain commercial and finance models for scenario planning.
• Support dispute resolution with detailed analysis and management‑level reporting.
• Act as the primary interface between IBM and internal finance teams.
• Produce profitability insights for senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years of experience in a commercial finance or analytical role.
• Relevant business or finance qualification.
• Strong analytical and numerical capabilities.
• Experience working in complex, global matrix organisations.
• Ability to influence stakeholders through clear, structured communication.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
