Commercial Excellence CRM Manager

About the role

DP World is seeking a Commercial Excellence CRM Manager to own the integrity, adoption, and performance of MS Dynamics OneView CRM across Egypt. The role ensures accurate linkage between projects and opportunities, drives disciplined CRM usage, and embeds commercial excellence standards to support reliable forecasting and sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the country custodian of CRM standards, monitoring logging, running data‑quality audits, and driving corrective actions.
• Ensure every opportunity is correctly linked to its project, reconcile records regularly, and partner with solution design and commercial teams.
• Coordinate annual and quarterly goal‑setting, maintain vertical targets, and build country‑level performance dashboards.
• Present CRM data‑quality and pipeline reliability in management meetings and support ad‑hoc commercial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 10+ years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM (admin/super‑user level) in logistics or B2B sales.
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to challenge sales stakeholders on data quality.
