Commercial Manager

About the role

Cairoscan is seeking a Commercial Manager to develop and execute regional commercial strategies across Delta and Upper Egypt. The role involves building relationships with key accounts, leading sales teams, and driving revenue growth in the medical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional commercial strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts, medical centers, hospitals, and KOLs.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of regional sales and commercial teams.
• Identify new market opportunities, expansion strategies, and emerging industry trends.
• Monitor market dynamics, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
• Prepare, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, and tenders.
• Analyze regional sales data and generate actionable business intelligence reports for top management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (MBA or Master’s in Business/Marketing is a strong plus).
• 5–8 years of experience in the medical/healthcare sector, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial or senior commercial role.
• Proven experience and a solid business network in Delta and Upper Egypt.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and contract‑closing skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the assigned territories.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
