Community / Moderation Manager

About the role

4Level1 is looking for a full‑time Community/Moderation Manager to lead and grow its learner community both online and offline. Based on‑site in Qesm El Maadi, you will create a safe, engaging environment for adult and young‑adult English learners across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture an active learner community on social platforms, learning portals, and local events.
• Monitor and moderate discussions to ensure respectful, safe interactions.
• Respond promptly to learner inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Collect learner feedback and work with academic and operations teams to improve the learning experience.
• Support community‑focused campaigns, events, and brand‑building initiatives.
• Maintain up‑to‑date community guidelines and contribute to communication strategies that boost participation and retention.

Required profile

• Strong community management and engagement abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid customer‑service experience with a focus on empathy and problem‑solving.
• Experience with social media platforms, online moderation tools, and community analytics.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborate across functions.
• Educational background in education, language learning, or related fields is a plus; a relevant diploma or degree preferred.
• Fluent English required; Arabic knowledge or experience in Middle‑East markets is an advantage.
