Compensation and Benefits Specialist

About the role

Dawam Business Solutions is hiring a full-time Compensation and Benefits Specialist in Mohandseen. The role covers the company's pay structure, annual salary reviews, employee benefits and the day-to-day support employees need on compensation and benefits matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular market research and salary surveys to benchmark the company's compensation against industry standards, and analyze job descriptions to set appropriate pay levels.
• Develop and maintain the compensation philosophy, policies and guidelines, and run the annual salary review process including performance evaluations and merit increases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation.
• Oversee the design, implementation and administration of benefits such as health insurance, life insurance and paid time off, and act as the main point of contact for employee benefit questions.
• Manage relationships with third-party benefits providers, negotiate contracts and ensure good coverage at reasonable cost.
• Maintain accurate records and a comprehensive compensation and benefits database, and use the data to spot trends and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver training and educational materials to employees, gather feedback and make sure programs meet legal and industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a related job function, with at least 1 year in the same role.
