Compliance Officer

About the role

The Compliance Officer will ensure that RDMC’s operations and business transactions adhere to national and international laws, regulations, and internal policies such as SAPIN II. You will lead the development and management of a company‑wide compliance program based on risk mapping and support risk‑based due‑diligence processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and oversee a corporate‑wide compliance and risk‑management program.
• Conduct proactive audits of processes, procedures and ongoing practices.
• Review external audit findings, monitor corrective actions and capture lessons learned.
• Support enhanced due‑diligence assessments for new accounts and make compliance decisions.
• Coordinate with corporate compliance functions, state regulators and external auditors.
• Manage internal control activities and ensure adherence to the code of conduct and business ethics.
• Collaborate with HR on whistleblowing alerts and implement necessary actions.
• Design and deliver compliance communications and training for at‑risk employees.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business Administration or Law.
• 5‑7 years of proven experience as a compliance officer in a multinational environment.
• Professional certification such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional is a plus.
• Strong business acumen, high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
