Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Qesm El Obour, responsible for leading construction projects from planning through to handover. You will ensure that each project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities and coordinate contractors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality metrics.
• Implement and enforce construction safety procedures.
• Review technical drawings, resolve on‑site issues, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise construction teams and track progress against control plans.
• Prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory experience in construction environments.
• Proven budgeting and project‑control capabilities.
• Expertise in construction safety and drawing interpretation.
• Relevant experience in residential or commercial real‑estate projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Qesm El Obour and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.
