Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will oversee all construction activities on behalf of the developer, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supervising the entire construction process from start to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate construction activities from start to completion.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely progress.
• Control costs and track project budget.
• Review drawings and ensure work matches design specifications.
• Enforce health and safety requirements on site.
• Resolve site issues, delays, and technical challenges.
• Prepare progress reports and update management.
• Oversee project completion, inspections, and handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in construction, preferably on real estate or large‑scale projects.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, CCM, or equivalent are a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
