Construction & Materials Specialist

About the role

OPPO Egypt is seeking a Construction & Materials Specialist to oversee the full process of experience store construction, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with construction teams, suppliers, and internal departments to track project progress and resolve on‑site issues.
• Manage the decoration and opening process using project management methods, ensuring compliance with schedule and quality standards.
• Formulate material demand plans, select qualified suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of store terminal materials.
• Conduct quality inspections on delivered materials, verify compliance with design standards, and coordinate returns or replacements for unqualified items.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in construction teams or decoration suppliers.
• Proven project management experience, especially linking construction/decoration suppliers with retail enterprises.
• Familiarity with industry rules and regulations.
• Excellent organizational skills, results‑driven and customer‑focused.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
