About the role

We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our on‑site construction crews. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and with the right materials and equipment available.

Key responsibilities

Recruit, onboard and train new crew members.
Monitor crew performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
Educate all staff on safety procedures and enforce compliance.
Ensure projects stay within budget and schedule.
Coordinate the availability of required materials and equipment.
Identify problems on site and develop feasible solutions.

Required profile

Strong understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
Ability to transfer safety knowledge to team members.
Leadership qualities with a focus on problem‑solving.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
