Consumer & Shop Insights Manager

About the role

Lead PepsiCo's consumer and shop insights function across the Middle East, Pakistan and Egypt, driving business growth through data‑driven decision making. You will own market intelligence, consumer insights, advanced analytics and data governance to support the Foods business units.

Key responsibilities

• Act as gatekeeper for all internal and external market data, coordinating with key suppliers and aligning global and local requirements.
• Ensure data quality and timely delivery for market datasets across KSA, Egypt, Gulf and Pakistan.
• Lead market analysis for each business unit, category and brand, delivering visualised reports and descriptive insights.
• Develop and automate interactive dashboards using Tableau, moving from static Excel reports to dynamic visualisations.
• Negotiate annual contracts with Nielsen, Global Data and Kantar for food category data.
• Integrate market, macro‑economic and consumer trend data to shape channel strategies and support the PepsiCo Growth Model.
• Manage the Business Intelligence budget, seeking synergies across channels and categories.
• Provide direction on consumer tools such as BMS, ADA and social listening platforms.

Required profile

• Experienced insight or analytics professional with a strong background in market intelligence and consumer research.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure data reliability.
• Track record of delivering actionable insights that influence business strategy.

Required skills

• Tableau for interactive dashboard creation.
• Advanced Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
• Statistical modelling and advanced analytics techniques.
• Data visualisation and storytelling.
• Familiarity with market research tools (Nielsen, Kantar).
• Experience with consumer insight platforms (BMS, ADA, Social Listening).
