Content Producer

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative and detail‑oriented Content Producer to lead the planning, creation and execution of high‑quality multimedia content across Forbes Middle East’s digital platforms. The role collaborates closely with editorial, social, design, video and commercial teams to deliver engaging stories that drive audience growth and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate and execute content plans aligned with editorial and business goals.
• Produce articles, social media posts, newsletters, videos, podcasts and special projects.
• Manage the end‑to‑end production process from ideation through publication, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with editors, writers, designers, videographers and other stakeholders to create compelling content.
• Publish and optimise content via CMS, applying SEO best practices and monitoring performance.
• Coordinate video, podcast and social media production, supporting live event coverage.
• Track KPIs such as traffic, engagement and conversions, analyse data and recommend improvements.
• Liaise with editorial, marketing, events, commercial and digital teams, including sponsored and branded projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Media Studies, Marketing, English, Business or a related field (Master’s a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in content production, editorial, publishing, media or digital marketing.
• Proven experience working within a media organization or publisher.
