Content & Social Media Specialist

About the role

Kandil Group is seeking a creative and results‑driven Content & Social Media Specialist to own and grow its digital presence across all platforms. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end management of the brand’s social channels, from content creation to performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and captions that reflect the brand identity.
• Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse insights and produce regular reports.
• Engage with the online community, handling comments and messages professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the external marketing agency on campaigns, paid ads and content production.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and propose new ideas to boost reach and engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably from AUC or GUC).
• 2–4 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms and best practices.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills in both Arabic and English.
• Creative mindset with a good eye for design and visual content.
• Experience working with marketing agencies is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Canva.
• Proficiency in CapCut or similar video editing tools.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (a plus).
