Content Specialist

About the role

The Content Operations Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining accurate customer content across the Grubtech platform, including menus, pricing, images, and configurations to ensure a seamless ordering experience across all integrated delivery channels. The role involves collaborating with onboarding, activation, technical support, and customer success teams to align content with customer needs and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain restaurant menus and content on the Grubtech platform.
• Ensure accuracy of menu items, descriptions, modifiers, prices, availability, taxes, and configurations.
• Manage content updates for new customer onboarding, menu changes, promotions, and seasonal or regional updates.
• Validate content across multiple delivery platforms to ensure consistency.
• Work closely with Onboarding, Activations, Technical Support, and Customer Success teams.
• Follow defined content quality standards and SLAs, and report issues impacting order flow.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content operations, data entry, or platform support.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage high volumes of content without compromising quality.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Clear written communication skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
• Experience with CMS tools.
• Experience with admin dashboards.
