Content Strategist & Copywriter

About the role

Telda is looking for a seasoned Content Strategist and Copywriter to shape and execute the brand’s content across all marketing channels. You will align content with business goals, brand positioning and audience needs while driving measurable performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive content strategy, defining pillars, themes, messaging and audience segments.
• Create monthly and quarterly editorial calendars and ensure consistent brand voice across social, blog, email, video and campaign assets.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, videographers and social teams to produce compelling copy, headlines, scripts and storytelling pieces.
• Partner with Brand, Product, Performance Marketing, CRM and Communications teams to translate product features into customer‑focused content journeys.
• Research target audiences, competitors and market trends, build personas and identify content gaps.
• Set content KPIs, monitor performance metrics and continuously optimise strategy based on data insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing or copywriting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of brand voice, audience segmentation and data‑driven optimisation.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with brand, product and performance marketing teams.
• Fintech, payments or banking background is a plus.
