Contract Specialist

About the role

The Contract Specialist will manage the drafting, review, and administration of contracts for a leading real‑estate developer. You will ensure all agreements align with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations while supporting internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and administer contracts, agreements, and amendments.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders on contractual matters.
• Monitor contract performance, obligations, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Maintain organized contract records and documentation.
• Support contract negotiations and assist in resolving disputes or claims.
• Review variation orders, extensions of time, and other contract‑related requests.
• Prepare contract reports and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure timely contract renewals, amendments, and close‑out procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Contract Specialist, preferably within a real‑estate developer.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and management principles.
• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
