Contracting & Reservations Executive

About the role

The Contracting & Reservations Executive joins Travitell Egypt’s on‑site team in Heliopolis to manage supplier contracts and daily reservation operations. You will act as the liaison between hotels, transport providers and internal sales, ensuring competitive rates, accurate bookings and smooth client experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, renew and maintain contracts with hotels, transport and other travel service suppliers.
• Create, update and modify reservations, handling cancellations and confirming services with both suppliers and clients.
• Prepare and refresh travel packages in coordination with the sales team.
• Respond to customer inquiries, providing clear information and managing expectations.
• Monitor availability and pricing, resolve booking issues and ensure data accuracy in reservation systems.
• Maintain proper documentation and system entries for all contracts and reservations.

Required profile

• Experience in contracting and reservations within travel, tourism or hospitality.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities in English and Arabic.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
