Contracts Administrator

About the role

The Contracts Administrator will manage end‑to‑end tender processes and draft robust contracts to secure cost‑effective procurement of goods and services for the Sukari gold mine. Working on‑site in Marsa Alam, the role ensures strict compliance with corporate policies and maintains accurate contractual records.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and conduct the full tender process, including standardising bidding packages, commercial evaluations and contractor assessment reports.
• Formulate and draft contracts, amendments, modifications and related correspondence, ensuring alignment with company policy.
• Review purchase order rates against contract values and variation orders, enforcing a zero‑tolerance policy for non‑compliance.
• Maintain and update ERP databases with contract conditions, pricing metrics and archive all documentation in the central Supply System.
• Monitor vendor performance, generate KPI reports and track contract renewals, extensions or terminations.
• Communicate contract updates to procurement teams and liaise with technical end‑users on recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Engineering or Law; additional QS, legal, contract management or supply chain training is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, preferably in mining, oil & gas or cement industries.
• Strong knowledge of contract compliance, rate verification and performance reporting.
