직무 소개
쉐라톤 리조트의 주방에서 요리 재료를 준비하고 조리하는 Cook II 포지션을 모집합니다. 신선한 식재료를 활용해 고품질의 음식을 제공하는 것이 주요 목표입니다.
주요 업무
- 재료 세척, 껍질 제거, 계량 및 혼합 등 사전 준비 작업 수행
- 레시피와 품질·프레젠테이션 기준에 따라 음식 조리
- 오븐, 스토브, 그릴, 전자레인지, 튀김기 등 주방 장비 운영
- 조리 과정 중 음식 온도와 익힘 정도 확인
- 주방 청결 유지 및 설비 소독
- 식품 안전 및 위생 정책 준수, 사고·부상 보고
지원 자격
- 고등학교 졸업 또는 동등 학력
- 주방 업무 경력 최소 1년 이상
- 감독 경험은 필요 없음
필수 역량
- 주방 장비(오븐, 스토브, 그릴 등) 운영 능력
- 음식 품질 및 위생 관리에 대한 이해
- 팀 협업 및 전문적인 커뮤니케이션 능력
- 신체적으로 장시간 서서 작업 가능하고 25파운드 이하 물품을 이동·운반할 수 있는 체력
