Corporate Lawyer – Commercial Contracts & Compliance

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Lawyer to lead the drafting, negotiation and management of commercial contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance. The role supports business units by providing legal research, risk analysis and clear reporting to senior management.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, ensuring accuracy, enforceability, and alignment with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with government entities and regulatory bodies to support licensing, permits, and compliance filings.
• Conduct legal research to support business decisions and mitigate exposure.
• Identify, assess, and report on legal risks across business operations.
• Monitor and improve contract turnaround times without compromising quality.
• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Prepare clear, structured legal and compliance reports for management.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in corporate or law‑firm environment.
• Early‑to‑mid‑career professional motivated to grow within a corporate legal setting.
