About the role
Geidea is seeking a qualified Lawyer to support its legal department. The role focuses on contract management, litigation tracking, and corporate compliance to protect the company’s interests.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and review a variety of contracts, including client, vendor, employment, and confidentiality agreements.
- Ensure contracts comply with legal requirements and mitigate potential risks.
- Identify ambiguities or inconsistencies in contracts and recommend revisions.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date litigation log, documenting case details, key dates, and developments.
- Communicate with senior lawyers and internal stakeholders to gather information on ongoing litigation.
- Assist in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Support corporate matters including business registrations, licensing, and compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in law or a related field.
- 2‑5 years of relevant legal experience.
- Detail‑oriented with strong analytical abilities.
