Corporate Lawyer

About the role

The Corporate Lawyer will manage day‑to‑day legal operations for Transmar Egypt, ensuring contracts and corporate actions comply with Egyptian law and internal governance. This role acts as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders, supporting risk mitigation and contractual obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end contract management, ensuring legal compliance, monitoring lifecycles, renewals, amendments and terminations.
• Draft, review and finalize corporate documents in line with Egyptian laws and governance requirements.
• Serve as primary liaison with governmental authorities, ministries and regulatory bodies for licensing, registrations and filings.
• Coordinate litigation, disputes and legal claims with external counsel, driving effective resolution and minimizing exposure.
• Maintain accurate contract records, databases and filing systems for audit readiness.
