Corporate Lawyer

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Corporate Lawyer to provide legal support across corporate matters. You will ensure regulatory compliance, draft and review legal documents, and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as service, vendor, and client contracts.
• Provide legal advice on corporate governance, commercial transactions, and day‑to‑day business activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support contract lifecycle management, including review, execution, renewal, and compliance monitoring.
• Identify and mitigate legal risks while proposing practical business solutions.
• Assist with corporate restructuring, entity management, and regulatory filings as needed.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations on legal matters.
• Manage external counsel and oversee legal projects.
• Maintain accurate legal documentation and contract records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law (English or French section graduates encouraged).
• 2‑5 years of experience in corporate law.
• Preferable experience in the BPO, outsourcing, or shared services industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate governance, commercial contracts, labor law, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
