Corporate Lawyer

About the role

The Corporate Lawyer will support Octopus Outsourcing’s business operations by providing legal expertise across contracts, corporate governance and regulatory matters. Working from the Alexandria headquarters, you will collaborate closely with management and cross‑functional teams to ensure legal risk is identified and mitigated.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements and other contractual documents.
• Advise internal stakeholders on compliance with local and international regulations affecting outsourcing projects.
• Identify, assess and manage legal risks associated with business transactions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and update internal policies accordingly.
• Coordinate with external counsel when specialized advice is required.
• Contribute to internal training sessions on legal and compliance topics.

Required profile

• Law degree from an accredited institution and bar admission in Egypt or a comparable jurisdiction.
• Prior experience as an in‑house corporate lawyer or at a law firm serving corporate clients.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Strong written communication and ability to produce clear legal opinions.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously.
