Corporate Process Expert

About the role

The Corporate Process Expert is responsible for designing, standardising and continuously improving corporate‑wide processes, methodologies and standards. This role ensures that the enterprise operating model is efficient, compliant and aligned with organisational objectives and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance business processes, methodologies, standards and process assets across corporate functions.
• Analyse, design, document and optimise end‑to‑end processes in line with governance requirements and best practices.
• Establish and manage process governance mechanisms, documentation standards and controls to ensure consistency and compliance.
• Define, monitor and report on process performance measures, KPIs and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate process discovery and improvement initiatives with stakeholders, ensuring proper assessment and implementation.
• Provide subject‑matter expertise on business process management, governance and continual improvement.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of organisational management systems and enterprise process frameworks.
• Evaluate and recommend process‑management tools, methodologies and technologies.
