About the role
ArchNova is seeking a Cost Control Engineer to join its multidisciplinary team. You will be responsible for managing budgets, monitoring cost performance, and supporting project teams to ensure financial targets are met across residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project budgets and cost plans.
- Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate cost reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure budget compliance.
- Support project performance and cost optimization initiatives.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in cost control within construction companies.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
