Cost & Stock Controller – Inventory & Cost Management

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail‑oriented Cost & Stock Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inventory, control costs, and ensure accurate stock reporting across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control stock levels across warehouses and showrooms.
• Track material usage and production costs.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare cost analysis reports and highlight variances.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records using ERP or inventory systems.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in stock control, inventory management, or cost accounting.
• Experience in manufacturing or the furniture industry is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
