Country Manager – Egypt

About the role

The company is a leading regional provider of premium sports, fitness, wellness and lifestyle solutions. It is expanding into Egypt and seeks an experienced Country Manager to lead market entry, build the commercial footprint and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Egypt market strategy aligned with regional objectives.
• Establish and grow the company’s presence, identifying new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Own overall business performance, including revenue, profitability and market expansion.
• Drive B2B sales growth through strategic account development with real‑estate developers, hospitality groups, government entities, educational institutions, fitness operators and corporate clients.
• Lead negotiations for major projects, partnerships and strategic accounts.
• Build, lead and mentor a high‑performing commercial team, setting sales processes, KPIs and performance standards.
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring successful project execution and collaboration with regional teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer needs to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Represent the company with key customers, partners and industry stakeholders, strengthening brand positioning.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in country management, business development or commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering revenue and profit growth.
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian market and an established network across key industries.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
