About the role
We are looking for a Court Lawyer/Litigator to represent clients in Cairo courts and manage related legal and administrative tasks. The role involves direct interaction with courts, governmental authorities, and the General Authority for Investment (GAFI). Candidates should be able to work independently while maintaining a professional appearance.
Key responsibilities
- Attend court hearings and represent clients.
- Handle administrative and legal tasks at courts, governmental authorities, and the General Authority for Investment (GAFI).
- Liaise with offices of court experts and bailiffs.
- Obtain official documents and paperwork from relevant authorities.
- Draft legal claims, prepare case filings, and issue legal notices.
Required profile
- 1 to 5 years of practical legal experience.
- Age not exceeding 35 years.
- Valid Bar Association membership card.
- Familiarity with Cairo courts, expert offices, and GAFI procedures.
- Good command of English.
- Commitment, professional appearance, and ability to handle responsibilities.
