CPS Project Manager – Manager

About the role

PwC’s Capital Project Services (CPS) team is looking for a seasoned manager to lead project and programme management initiatives for clients across multiple industries. Based in the ETIC office in Cairo, you will support UK‑based programmes remotely, helping senior leaders improve efficiency, meet budget constraints and overcome delivery challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, reporting to senior staff in both ETIC and the UK.
• Lead, mentor and develop junior team members, providing training and guidance.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a primary point of contact.
• Contribute to technical development of the team and stay current on industry best practices.
• Monitor local and national business trends relevant to capital projects.
• Participate in business development, identifying new opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Promote CPS capabilities internally and foster strong internal relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing capital projects or programmes in sectors such as energy, utilities, transport, oil & gas, government or healthcare.
• Ability to work remotely while travelling regionally and to the UK as needed.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
